- Developed Excel based departmental daily reporting procedures.
- Created detailed estate and retirement plans.
- Developed an extensive financial product model library.
- Created detailed policies and procedures for departmental consistency.
- Responsible for database SQL queries.
- Spearheaded most technology implementations.
- Responsible for managing Conyers, Georgia office.
